I'm Cross-Stitching..Again :)

Since I am the only one usually left in the house everyday when my husband leaves for work, I incline to feel bored and homesick. Most of the time, I have nobody to talk to, nothing else to do but hop on the computer and wander around the net. So, yesterday, when my husband got off from work, he took me out for a drive. I asked him for I don't know how many times where we were going, but he only answered me the same thing "I don't know yet. We'll just go for a drive right now."

Much to my surprise, he did not only show me the place where he used to live (Spring Valley), he also took me to Michaels!! It's an Arts and Crafts Store. I did not only buy stuff for cross-stitching, he also bought me a scrapbook. I haven't really done any scrapbook before so it's kind of new to me, though I have a lot of ideas on how to make one. I'll start doing that when I'm done with my cross-stitch :)

I chose a design perfect for our coming baby :) I can add the baby's name and birth date, and that, to me sounds so cool. I can't wait to get it done and see the final result.

It's been a while since the last time I did cross-stitching, so when I started working on my little project right now, it made me smile knowing that I still do know how to do it :) I can't wait for our little boy to finally get to see what Mommy's made for him ;) I just hope he'll like it..

Special Note:
I just want to thank my husband for doing everything he can just to make things easier for me here. He knows how tough it is for me to be away from home this far and for the first time, and how adjusting to my new environment can be a pain in the a**..[hehehe] He really is doing a great, great job and I just want him to know that every little thing he did [does] was [is] appreciated. I love you more than I could even begin to tell right now!! Thank you, Mahal very, very much!!
