No Workout Today!

I am not feeling good today, so I'm going to resume working out tomorrow.  I honestly just want to stay in bed right now, but because I have chores to still do, I'm here fighting the urge to crash and pass out.  I just had a can of energy drink and I'm hoping it'll take effect on me here soon because I am so sleepy!

I don't feel good not being able to workout today.  I guess my body is already so used to it that, missing just a day already makes me feel like I'm being drained of energy.  But we need to listen to our body.  If it's telling us it needs a break, give it a break.  I don't want to overtire my muscles anyway and end up feeling worse than I do now because I chose to push through even if I knew I couldn't do it.  That's bad!  Anyway, I'm not into losing weight anymore because I've already achieved my weight goal.  I'm more into maintaining my weight now and getting more toned.  And I think, it's my muscles telling me right now that I need to slow it down because I've really been pushing my butt off on my workouts.

But tomorrow, I guarantee, it's going to be payback time for not working out today! (Hehehe)
