Saturday 9: You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'

Leave A Note
What a Saturday?! We all had to wake up really early to get to our 10AM appointment at the WIC office. We needed to re-enroll the kids and myself in the program and enroll the new baby at the same time. It's not really fun going to morning appointments anymore with 3 kids. I hate mornings and getting up early because I already hardly get any sleep. I wake up at least every 4 hours to feed the little girl, and most of the time, I actually stay up so I won't miss her feedings. Now, I am not saying it's not my fault for not going to bed early. But really, when you have a newborn and you also take care of 2 toddlers at the same time, I don't think you can just go to bed and get some sleep whenever you want. If you can, then good on you for still having that type of "luxury". Yes, I call it a luxury now. If I can get at least 6-hour straight of sleep, that'll be heaven! I honestly don't even remember the last time I slept straight for that long anymore. That's how much my life had changed! But I love it...with all of my heart!Photobucket

Whew! So much for that.. Let's move on now to Saturday 9 ;)

1. In a relationship, have you ever hung in even when you knew for sure it was over?
- No, I haven't. To me, once over, it's over...

2. If you had the ability to perpetually alleviate any pain on your body, what would it be?
- I'd say, muscle pains from pregnancy and giving birth.. I still feel so sore up to now.. It makes me unable to do stuff around the house and I feel bad when I am not able to do more with the kids because I am hurting..

3. What place would you visit if money were no object?
- Holy Land, definitely.. Tour Middle East (except for those very bad areas..)

4. What is one thing you would love to change about yourself?
- The way I deal with things sometimes.. I get my emotions in the way so quickly, making it hard for me to think straight and not look selfish..

5. Do you think your parents were too strict growing up?
- They were strict but they did it in a right way.. They gave us their trust while at the same time, guiding our every step and making sure we'd never go astray.. They disciplined us in the most loving way and I can never thank them for raising us up the way they did..

6. In general, how many old friends do you have that you talk to at least once a year?
- Two..

7. What was the last compliment you received?
- My husband told me I look pretty.. (no objections allowed..hehe)Photobucket

8. Have you ever told someone you loved them but didn't really mean it?
- No, I haven't and I never will.. I will never ever lie about that feeling and hurt someone else's just because I want to say it for the heck of it..

9. In your opinion, would it be harder to lose someone close to you more as a child or harder as an adult?
- Harder as an adult because you've already spent more time with that someone and you obviously are old enough to understand things and what losing someone can make you feel.. Whereas, if you're a child, it's easier to adjust and cope with emotional stress because they're too young to understand things. You just need to divert their attention to something else and they'd be fine after a few days..
