There are so many things that amaze us about the show. Wonder why it's called Restaurant Impossible?
On the show, chef Irvine and his team, visit restaurants that are failing and help the owner/s basically gain back their restaurants. For two days, with only $10,000 budget, they must fix the entire restaurant along with the crew, the menu, and decorations. It's mind-boggling because sometimes, the problems they're facing are far more worse than they were expecting, and they have to stick within their 2-day schedule and budget. Not so easy, isn't it? But you'll be amazed by the end of the show when they get to reveal the restaurant's new look and everything. They can transform the most boring place into a fun, warm and welcoming one. They change everything, pretty much from the inside, out. I really get so impressed on how they were able to afford the best restaurant equipment, redesigning the entire place, and buying all the decor with such a very tight budget. And they always nail it! They always know exactly what to do. And one more good thing I like about the show is, it only does not change the restaurant, but above all, they help change the people in it. I cannot count how many families that had been separated by unsolved disputes from the past, were reconnected and given another chance to right their wrongs and start a whole new beginning. For me, that's the most impossible task they've ever accomplished. It's something that just cannot be fixed in two days, with $10,000 worth of money, but still they were able to do it. That's the true success of their mission.
