Oral Hygiene

Leave A Note
Oral hygiene is one of the most important health habits in our family, that's why from the time our kids started teething, I've always made sure I brush their teeth twice a day using a training toothpaste. Regardless of their teeth being not permanent yet, I still want to make sure they're well taken care of. It's a good thing they've got this fluoride-free toothpaste that definitely makes brushing teeth of two toddlers a lot easier because I no longer need to make them rinse their mouths off. They can swallow it and all I need to do is make sure they get water right after. It saves me time especially before their bedtime.

Two months ago, my husband took our oldest son to his second dental appointment. By the way, their dentist is the Best Dentist for children in our place and was referred by our children's Pediatrician. Anyway, our son's dental went well and we were happy to know that he's got zero cavity and the dentist actually said, we're doing a great job on keeping their teeth healthy. She even gave him a piece of paper that's kind of like a certificate that says, member of the "No Cavity Club" with his name on it. As parents, it may be a small thing, but it made us proud of ourselves because it just shows we're doing the right thing.

It's a good thing our kids are trained as early as now and that we've insinuated in them how important cleanliness is and staying healthy, so they'll have those habits as they grow older.
