Mar7aba!! I'm at our aunt's place right now attending our cousin, Thea's 17th birthday. Good thing they have internet here so I can hop online real quick, check on updates, and blog a little. I'm glad that I'll have my internet connection back early this week. I'll be able to exchange e-mails now with my husband and be back on blogging.
I'm glad to say that my husband is almost done with the deployment. As a matter of fact, they're through doing their missions and now, they're back on the ship and is heading home!! In a couple of weeks, God willing, I will be picking him up from the airport :) He'll be with me for more than 3 weeks and we will get to spend our first anniversary as husband and wife together!! I also was able to purchase his ticket and just waiting now for the travel agency where I bought it from, to forward the copy of the itinerary to my e-mail so I can send it to him and he can print out a copy. I'm so excited to see my husband!! I'm so thankful to God for all His guidance and blessings and for helping us make through our first deployment. Soon, it won't be "Surviving Our First Deployment" anymore, but "Deployment Survivor!" :)
Thank you for all your prayers and support. For your comforting and uplifting words during those times I needed them the most. I can't thank you enough for staying with us in this journey.
I will update more when I get the line back. Now, it's time for dinner ;) I'll see you soon!! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. God bless everyone!!
