Planning Ahead of Time

Leave A Note
Before we started our long drive up here from California, as far as the car was concerned, John made sure everything was good to go. From changing oil to making sure tires were new and would last us all throughout the trip. There was nothing he missed because he wanted to make sure we'll get here safe and sound and nothing will happen along the way, especially that we had a baby with us (Skyler was only 11 months old) and was about to give birth as well to our second child at the time. I know it must have been tough on him being the only one who took care of all that was needed to be taken care of. But I'm so proud he did a very good job.

Other than making sure all car parts were working properly, John also made sure he's got all of the necessary documents for the car. From his license and registration to checking if the auto warranty was up to date. I asked him why it was so important and he told me that just in case something happens to the car and is taken to an auto shop, the car warranty provides roadside assistance and will perform or even cover for certain repairs and services. And for me not to get confused with all he was saying, he even told me about the vehicle service contract or erstwhile called as extended warranty and that they provide the same help as well. It doesn't matter what you call it, they're basically are comparable.

I let out a sigh of relief after I heard what he said. And when he told me we were good to go, I never worry about a thing anymore. I knew at the time John took care of everything and that he wouldn't let anything bad happen to us no matter the cost.
