Right now, I weigh 96lbs. My weight stays under 100lbs no matter what I do. I'm actually glad about it because even if I scarf out, I have nothing to really worry about. I can eat whatever I want. I even weigh lesser than before I even had kids. I'm happy with where I'm at now as far as being fit and I definitely have higher endurance now than I had before. I need all the energy I could get so I can do all my work at home, and take care of three kids at the same time.

I think I need to gain some pounds back. I am 5ft 4 1/2 inches tall, and I definitely don't want to look anorexic because of my weight. (Hahaha). Something I need to work on, but we'll see. The last time I took a 2-week off from working out to gain some weight back, I only gained 1lb! Definitely not the result I was looking forward to.

We weigh just about the same, I weigh 95 and some right now and still trying to shed the stubborn tummy fat lol. I think that body fat chart applies to certain built but petite like us.
